heavy nor'west weather.....

We had a morning's lectures until lunchtime today. I left about 11 am and drove north towards Christchurch. I had a friend with me and as we headed north there was a very threatening southerly front following us. As is often usual- this is preceeded by a strong nor'west wind coming over the alps. As I headed north I could just see Little Mt Peel and Fourpeaks through the rain. Image not much but its been a long day's driving.
