A grand day out with close friends

Yesterday, my good lady wife and i travelled to Cardiff to spend the day with our very good friends Lucky and Neeta. We started off very responsibly by going to the coffee shop where we sat, gossiped and laughed over a lovely cup of coffee.

We discussed whether we would go shopping as we left the coffee shop. After walking for ages (about 4 mins) we stumbled upon (we knew it was there) an establishment serving alcoholic beverages. As we thought it would be rude not to go in we entered and got comfortable. What a lovely pub it was too, as we supped a few sherbets we (I) noticed outside there was a fashion show going on, and what a blow, the girls were modelling lingerie. The things we have to put up with.

After a few hours we went (staggered) in search of another watering hole where we again stayed for a while. We talked, drank, laughed, drank, giggled. talked and laughed some more, until it was time to go to the restaurant.

We had booked a table in the Red Hot World Buffet and we were really looking forward to it. OMG, it didn't disappoint. There was sooooo much to choose from, there is no way anyone could go there and say there was nothing there they liked. This was just one of the dessert sections. After 4 visits over all it was time to go, we were stuffed. I felt like Mr Creosote from Monty Python, I was sooo stuffed i found it difficult to move.
