One good thing about winter in spring is its a good excuse to bake!
Yesterday I turned out my first quiche. Verdict not bad.
Today I made loaf number 5. Had good rise and quite tasty. The wife made some of her loverly cookies and this evening she knock up a batch of her pizza dough so its pizza for dinner.
