Still freezing today so I was reluctant to venture out. I coaxed myself outdoors deciding it was time to buy a new iPhone and get up to date as my old mobile had developed some cracks. So now I have to work out how to use it...

Later after wrapping up as though I was going out into the Arctic, I found a willing subject for blipping. He had his own homemade jacket on. He was definitely a Bill.
