missing light 1

Fleur and I went to Delft, hometown of Johannes Vermeer. I never saw a Vermeer in real. The first opportunity in Boston's Isabella Stewart Museum failed, leaving me only with a note that the painting has been stolen. So now Delft which is much more near, but the museum in Delft does not show a real Vermeer, they show all live size reproductions, but it is mostly interesting on behalf of the information which is to the point, detailed but not elaborate. But no real Vermeer light and no light outside for photography as it was grey and cold. So this day's blip is a shot over the table in an exquisite restaurant Hanting in Den Haag. Fleur and I enjoyed an wonderful 5 course diner. Tomorrow Vermeer in Den Haag Mauritshuis.
