Soup, glorious soup!

I am learning to cook! Decided I'd make use of the parsnips in the fridge & found an amazing recipe late last night online, so today I made Roasted Carrot & Parsnip Soup with Spicy Brown Butter & Toasted Pepitas. It took me ages (I won't say how long), but it worked & it tasted good! Yaaay! =D
