Got the munchies today!
I was brought up on jam & bread it is one of my favourite sources of food. I can pretty much eat what I want cos I exercise everyday for at least one full hour.
Problem is when I decide I have to lose weight, it sends my metabolism into freefall and within a week I am gaining weight, takes me ages to level off again. Therefore I gave up diets years ago. Could do with losing a stone for this wedding but I ain't going there.
Feel better today, life goes on. xx
