The Yellow on the Broom

Went for a little walk after work looking for a blip and found lots and lots of this! It reminded me of a fabulous little book called the Yellow on the Broom by a Scottish Traveller Betsy Whyte - it describes life on the road, the winters spent miserable in a house and her husband promising her he would take her on the road again when the yellow was on the broom.
