Mr Blue Sky

It was sooooo nice to see the sun and blue skies today :)

Quite a busy day, did the huge monthly bulk buy shop this morning, the hound got a much needed walk (I'd walk her in any weather but the fussy thing refuses point blank to walk in the rain!!) and then I spent the rest of the afternoon meandering round a couple of garden centres and Homebase. I feel in love with a gorgeous blue cedar but I'm not allowed to have it. It's only because it grows to about 40ft or higher which I think is a little unfair. So, I came away with a blue & white daisy looking plant (no idea what it is!), a fuschia and a couple of sweet peas instead. Poor things were looking all forlorn on the Sale shelves and I just had to give them a new home. So, after picking up the littlest monkey from film club, I re-potted them all.
Now we wait to see if they actually live. Sadly, Charlie Dimmock I am not :D
