Annbank

I love the width of Weston Avenue in Annbank. It's so wide with a broad pavement and long front gardens because the houses were built while the original miners' raws were still there. There are still a very few people who remember walking out of the back door of the raw straight into the front door of the newly built house. The raw was then demolished. Goodwin Drive is much much narrower.
