Sweet

A friend of my daughter's came by with her soon-to-be three-year old, featured here. She was the sweetest, cuddliest little girl! Well, we thought so; our cat: not so much, as she was a source of great interest for the toddler ;)

Funny how you forget what it's like to have little ones around.

tomorrow, I'm doing my first shift as a volunteer for the Red Cross. Then I've got to hit the gym for a serious workout: that quitting smoking thing is all nice and well, but now I've got 15 extra pounds to shed... sigh.
