Owner wanted

There's been an interesting installment into the Severn Trent water works that were carried out on Church Alley.
After the upheaval the equipment used has been left on the side of the road.
A friends phone call yesterday to Severn Trent resulted in them having no knowledge of the machinery!
From what I can gather they are now trying to find the contractor responsible!?
It certainly makes you wonder what's going on as they've been siting there now for about a week.
