Excuse me!

Excuse me that's my seat!
This blackbird is chasing everything from the garden as he has a nest in the hedge. He gets especially furious with any other blackburd who comes near. He cannot understand why this enormous kingfisher will not move.
A much nicer start to the month of May today - a bit sunshine but still too cold to work long in the garden. The garden centres have all the annuals ready for planting out, but I think I will wait a wee while yet before buying this years flowers for all my pots.
