Felt a lot better today,had my first physio appointment this morning,chap was really nice,gave me lots of good advise,came out feeling positive, went into Greenock for a little retail therapy afterwards,went to Costa for lunch,been a lovely sunny day here,

This chap was bought for me by my son,so he is pretty special!
