"Revenge"

Quiet often when settling down to watch one of 'my' programmes on TV, Gussie, our Jack Russell will fetch a 'squeaky' out of the box and set about trying to extract the squeaky itself, the noise can be deafening.
This evening what could turn out to be our secret weapon arrived. Red. He armed himself with a squeaky gnome and set to with a will.
At one point both dogs looked like they were trying to put their paws over their ears, fantastic, with a little encouragement he followed them through the hall and cornered them in the dining room.
Eventually we declared a truce, Samantha, Joshua, Ali, Red and I settled down to watch Toy Story XX or which ever one it was with Amy the greyhound in her basket. Gussie the Jack Russell refused to join in, every now and again she would come to the lounge, look round the door at Red and then slink off back to the dining room. Revenge is sweet.
