raindrops on tulip........

Drove down the M5 today towards Bristol and passed Tewkesbury looking very, very wet. Let's hope the rain lets up for a while soon.

My garden could certainly do with some sunshine. Most of my later flowering tulips haven't even opened - they've just gone straight to the mushy, mouldy stage. But that's gardening. Always next year!

Anyway this particular tulip wasn't looking great as a 'whole' flower but heading in with the macro lens gives a different perspective that I like.
