Made it to the gym tonight. You can probably tell that from the steam rising from my trainers.

It was rather busy but I managed to get most of my routine completed. I also supplemented the gym work by running the 2 miles to the gym and back again. It always feels pretty good once I'm there, it's just motivating myself to start that's the problem.

The other big news today was that Brody had his first full day at nursery. He's had a few settle days previously but this was his first long day. He loved it and I think it was harder for Susie than it was for him. To be honest as long as you feed him and play with him Brody will be your friend for life.
