Time for a Run

So, I have signed up for the Bupa London 10k in just a month....eek!! So time to get back running outside, something I haven't done for about 6 months so I knew it would be tough. I'm going to need to try and fit in this training though as i have commited to raising £500 for The Soldiers Charity. Supporting British soldiers and their families.
