King's Cross departures roof

I made my Edinburgh-to-London-and-back-in-a-day commute by train for a meeting today. King's Cross was eerily quiet when I arrived. I remembered that there was some strike or other that was affecting trains from the Midlands, but didn't those trains come into St Pancras and Euston? It was only when I set off for my return journey north that I realised what was really going on. There is now a hall for arrivals and another for departures. This photo is of the roof for departures.
