Flood prevention scheme

This is the river Chelt in the flood control basin at Millbrook Street. The bit in the foreground is usually grass and weeds (and traffic cones, beer cans,etc) but this morning it was all under water. Not nearly as much water as Tewkesbury but I was driving there and walking here.
