The onion song.

I'm having some friends over for dinner tomorrow, so thought I'd get ahead of the game and do most of the cooking tonight - that way I just have to reheat the main course, as well as cook the rice tomorrow, which means I can enjoy the night as well.

I've made a curry for main and thought I'd try to make some spicy onions too. This is a picture of the onions softening in salt, and covered in clingfilm, for a couple of hours before they can get added to the rest of the ingredients. I think I may have made them a bit too spicy, but we'll see.

Not the most interesting of blips, but the best I could do after all my cooking.
