Snippets of Life

The sky's the limit

Weird day. This morning was utterly miserable and we sludged to uni in the cold rain but then walked home in the bubbling sunshine! I rushed off quick to Roath park in search of puddles and my findings completely blew my expectations out of the water! There were puddles so deep that even the ducks seemed to have confused them for the lake and were swimming about in them.
Oh and i wore my new red toms, such happy shoes, your feet just dance in them.
I wanted to call this NO WAY! It's May!! But i thought maybe it should have a more...... intellectual sounding picture based title.

I find this photo both hectic and glorious at once. I think because i can remember what it actually looked like so it seems more glorious. The feeling of standing next to it imagining you could fall off into deep heights of space. What is it about the sky being beneath you? Why is it not quite the same as when it's above?
But if you don't know and have to work it out i imagine the hectic takes away from the beauty, which is a shame.
But i still like it.
