Accidental skyspace

I have no idea what this is

I know it's a sort of concrete and steel bridge type thing

And it's being built over the street as part of a new shopping centre

But I don't know what it actually is or if it's permanent or temporary


I took a picture of the gap pointing straight up at the sky just to see what it looked like

It reminds me of a James Turell Skyspace but one that kind of happened by accident

And where you couldn't really sit and watch the sky change colour without getting run over
