The season begins.....
...asparagus.
The English asparagus is now in the shops so we'll be eating as much as we can for the next few weeks. Risotto tonight, no surprises there, but we can look forward soup, steamed with some melted butter and a frittata or two before it all vanishes again
An annual asparagus love it. Bring it on!
