Otter at lunch

We went across to Jura for the day. The highlight for us was seeing a Great Northern Diver as soon as we got out of the car at Craighouse.

My pictures of the GND are marginal (and I'm missing Lightroom from my PC at home), so instead here is a equal treat for us. This otter obligingly swam past while we were having lunch. It settled on a nearby rock and began its own lunch. Each time it dived, it came back in less than a minute with something to eat - fish, perhaps a sea urchin, and this crab.
