Easy Eton Mess

OK, so if I'm not taking photos of plants, I take photos of food!

This is my easy eton mess recipe that I made up today and it was delicious!

1. Break up a meringue nest into a bowl
2. Add 1 tablespoon of half-fat creme fraiche
3. Add a few raspberries
4. Add some sliced peaches
5. Enjoy - and don't even feel guilty because the whole thing is only 2 points!
