Was out checking The permenent Orienteering course at 3 Sisters Recreation Area, Wigan when I saw this tally on a signpost.

RunEngland 321 is England Athletics recreational running project. If ever England Athletics needed a way to waste it's money then this sounds like something it should try.
I would have thought that if somebody had the motivation to go recreational running at 3 Sisters Recreation Area then they wouldn't need markers to follow.

I wouldn't mind but they don't even show the routes on their website for it yet?
