Cake Time

Today was my Birthday, and after the drinking last night, I had zero hangover, for reasons that totally escape me (but I am not complaining).

Cycled to The Antiquary to meet my parents for breakfast. Back home, my other half presented me with the cake you see above. She made it all by herself. It has a neat Victoria sponge interior, and because I am typing this in the future (with respect to the entry) I can tell you that the cake is finished and it was mighty fine.
