Getting 'Bit Nippy

A British saying i believe, to describe the change of weather to getting cold.
And my god it is getting cold. Completely freezing actually.
Took this photo on a rather gloomy and cold afternoon as you can probably tell. The fench with the leaf can shows how you can be imprisoned and this reminded of my school sometimes. xx
