I had to pop over to Billingham today to pick up a slip plate.
When I passed this building it brought back my years working at ICI.
This was the pulse of ICI Billingham.
I'm told it's been derelict for about 15 years but contains a lot of asbestos,so it's difficult to demolish it safely.
