May 3: Chinese spice duck legs for supper

The recipe is from Pinterest and was pinned by James Ramsden.

After coating with Chinese five spice and some salt and pepper, you brown off the legs, then throw in a sliced onion and two or three cloves of garlic. Put a lid on it and cook for at least one and a half hours at 170c. I'm doing mine for 2 hours at 150c. Off to get some cabbage to roast with our homemade bacon.
