Every Little Helps

Saturday night and im bored bored bored!!!! Its been somewhat of a nothing day, the crap weather stopped me from getting out on my usual Saturday mountain bike ride, wind and driving rain would have made for horrible conditions up on the hills, and has done in the past! Especially with the lack of winter bike clothing, a visit to the local cycle shop is required!

So today I have done, well, sod all! Tomorrow I will hopefully get out for a training ride to make up for today, before im back at work on Monday cursing my lack of effort over the weekend.
