Looking to the Future

Looking out along life's new path, I'm imbued by a sudden and overbearing whelm sense of protection. Two days into the job, and I'm a total amateur. What can my baby eat? What can she do? I know we should avoid fish and alcohol but what about yoghurt, spice or foreign tap water? I need a manual!

Must be cultured, calm and at ease. Whatever I do, I mustn't rock the baby boat...
