Ludlow School

I was a guest here today, having been invited to meet with all the 4th year pupils to tell them about my experiences as an evacuee in WW2. The plaque shows it to be 113 years old and it is a strangely laid out building and has a bell tower which is shut up. Children insist it is haunted but I neither believe or disbelieve this, knowing childrens imagination. On the other hand perhaps there is some basis for their belief - who knows!! The layout of the building inside is quite strange so there may have been some alterations over the years.

What I know for sure is that it is a very good school academically (5-11) years and the children are a credit to their teachers
