Give me a house!

Stressful times, trying out different renting ideas between me and another college student for September...

It seems as soon as 'student' is mentioned, the landlord doesn't want to know. 'Student' has a bad name. It is affiliated with drinking, not sleeping, pizza eating at 3am, loud music etc. I have too much work to be getting on with all that stuff (as fun is it is once every 6 or so months). I won't be the immature 'student' landlords have in mind.

Uggghhh just need a nice flat for 2 that is affordable in central Guildford pleaaaase. Musical Theatre college is much harder than Uni and we don't get loans! So I hardly think we'll all be out drinking every night lol.
