I don't know how people commute like this every day.

Thursday started with a Spinning session. Hard work as I've not done it for a while.

Then a lovely phone call from AFC Fylde inviting me to the end of season dinner. Very kind of them.

But if didn't end there. He then offered me the chance to go to the FA Cup final on Saturday to represent the Club as they collect a Respect Award.

I can't go but the important thing to me is that I was asked!

This simple act has probably done me more good in my recovery than he could ever imagine.
