Watering Hole.

This hydrant resides in old portlethen and unlikely any other I've seen It's got a tap on it. I have asked around about it from the locals but none seem to be old enough to remember it working. The story I've heard is this is where they got theirveater before the plumbing went in but I can neither confirm or deny the story.
