Ruffled Pigmy Rooster

The weather's awful. Cold and wet, you just have to look out of the window to start freezing. I'm going to Lüdersburg tomorrow for a meeting with other helpers from the German Protestant Kirchentag. I wanted to stay at home first, because my cat Heathcliff is so very ill, but now I've decided to go anyway. The meeting starts today, but I don't want to stay away from home too long at the moment, and the main program's on Saturday night. A good compromise I think.

For some reason I've started to call this rooster Henry VIII after I've seen my blips of him. He looks more impressive on pics than in real life. These pigmy chickens are really tiny!
