Accidents will happen

Funnily enough this was a pilot I know quite well who is now in the Malvern club. I didn't know him at the time and probably thought he was a bit of a dork for crashing like that - eh Tim?. By the end of June that year I was laid up in Chesterfield R. I. with a broken femur. What a dork.
