Hero cake!

Well my youngest son came home claiming to be a hero! Apparently a young lad a dodgy year 9er on a bike didn't stop in time and ran into an old lady local alcoholic. Sean and his friend stopped to offer assistance. They helped the lady up and offered to phone an ambulance but she said she was ok and would they help her go to the shop. Being the kind caring souls that they are hoping for a reward they continued to help. 20 minutes later they arrived at the shop where she filled her trolley with bottles of wine! She then got them to walk her home pull her trolley up the hill!. At this point they asked if they could use her phone and call school - as this was all on their way to school they were by this time very late!

Obviously by the time he came home the story grew to saving her life, given CPR and he was to be awarded a community life saving award!!! In reality I think they'd made an old lady very happy and they definitely did the right thing.

And the reward? I hear you ask - A chocolate cake from Dad!!

Nice one Sean a true hero! But even hero's still have to do the dish washer!!
