The hoarder next door

Very rare night of watching TV.

Watched the channel 4 series - The hoarder next door. My younger brother has OCD and has had since he was young - he is now 33 and his flat does not look very different to those of the people shown on the programme.
It makes me very sad to think about it. We have tried to help him but he has to be able to address the problem himself - like the VERY brave people shown on here. I could relate to the pain of the people. Whilst for most of us it makes 'amusing TV' - 'how can people live like this ?' we snigger but for some it really is impossible to let go.

Anyway I then realised it's probably genetically in all of us !!!
