Clematis

I had the first of the estate agents round today to value my mum's house. She valued it for bang on the figure that I had in mind, phew. I have another estate agent round next week and then I can apply for probate. I now have to spend the next month getting the house and garden ready to go on the market.

Although it's my childhood home, it's not the house that I'll miss, but the garden. My parents bought the house as a new build in the 70's and so everything in the garden was planted by them. I'll be taking a lot of cuttings over the next few weeks.
