Because my room mate loves me :)

Whenever I come down with a cold or a cough, it's always a tough time for me as it sets my asthma off, and can last from a few day to a month :( Up until now, I've been lucky enough to not get sick, but recently with the weather we've had here, or something is going round, I've come down sick.

The worst thing is, my job!! Working with food and guests, is not easy being sick and last night, I was just completely out of it. Hearing your chest rattle as you breathe is never a good sign.

I'm lucky enough to have such understanding colleagues, who let me leave early last night to get home and rest. Tucked up in be at 10pm with a Chamomile tea and honey - albeit, I didn't sleep very well and wishing I was at home. Feeling home sick because I'm ill. Home comforts tend to make everything seem better.

This morning, my room mate gave me her Vaporub, which is feeling great at the moment!

Come on Melissa, time to get better!!
