Liberation

Today is Liberation Day here. It is a holiday. Yesterday was Remembrance Day with the wreath aspect and the two minutes silence.

I saw these flags just before I got home from a meeting today which I would love to have been liberated from!

I notice flags here rather a lot as everyone seems to get them out for every holiday, special event or day of importance. I think it's cool to look up the street and see loads of flags flapping away in the breeze.
