Bungling Bob?

I think this is Bob Seymore on the north launch at Chabre. He tended to faff a bit before committing himself to aviation. Or it could be Speedy Simon Kay - who didn't faff.

Tricky take off. Up to cloud base at 3500' ato. Tried to fly upwind to Serres but got nowhere near.
