Words of wisdom?

I came across some of my calligraphy work the other day. One of them was Elizabeth Barrett Browning's "How Do I Love Thee; Let me Count the Ways".

And this other one I had completely forgotten about!
"Marriage is like a complicated machine;
If it breaks down it can't be fixed with just one
screw.
