A Long Day

That's what today has been. It wouldn't have felt half as long if our "delightful" neighbours hadn't decided that 7.15am was the best time of day to start sawing and hammering in their back garden. I mean, really..........7.15AM????? What possible reason could they have for starting that bloody early in the morning??? Oh, they drive me nuts with their general inconsiderate behaviour to both me and their neighbours on the other side! This is just the latest in the long line of things. Now, I know I am far from the perfect neighbour - hell, I have 4 daughters who are either having a laugh and messing about together or going hell for leather arguing and trying to kill each other. BUT I do try to keep it down to a dull roar especially before 9am and after 7pm, same goes with DIY, gardening, lawn mowing etc. It's just the nice thing to do. Oh I cannot wait to move out of here, not that it looks like it's happening any time soon. The trouble with being in a council house and wanting to move out of your council's area is you have to do a mutual exchange, Sadly, depsite this being a 4 bedroom property in a rather nice village, no bugger wants it as there is no primary school (the kids who are primary school age get mini-bussed to the one in the next village) and we have no offroad parking. Arrrrghhhhhhh!!

Anyway, that's my rant over. In other news, I dropped Caitlin off at 10.30 this morning at a place called Camrider so that she could do her CBT course enabling her to be able to insure her bike and get on the road. I haven't heard anything from her yet though :/ After that, I drove home, picked up Asha & drove to Acle to pick up Arwen who had a sleepover at her friend's. Then it was into town, to do the grocery shopping and have a little wander round town. It wasn't as bad as it usually is on a Saturday which made a change. Traffic was mental coming out of Asda though, we were queuing up for ages. I used the time wisely and took photo's of Arwen who had called shotgun for the journey home. This is one of them.

I think there's a hot bubble bath calling my name!
