Preparing the Landrover

Onlt 6 days till we set off to take this to Kosovo to give it to the Fire Station in the village on Peje who are desparate for equipment.

It is pretty much ready so today was cleaning party from our Rotary Club of St Ives Bay to give it a good polish, paint up the ladder rails clean the roof lining, paint the front bumber and various other little jobs.

Almost done now& she's looking a million dollars. It will be sad to hand her over in one way, after all the work we've done on it she's almost part of the family, but it will do a lot of good over there, the last one taken over was saving lives from a car crash within the week.
