Happy Birthday!

Very excited to be celebrating my birthday with an overnight stay in a spa hotel in Pitlochry, courtesy of Daughter No2, who lives in Furry Boots City.

We met with an enormous hug at Perth railway station, not having seen each other for two months, then sat and blethered in the station cafe (where this was taken) while waiting for the next train to Pitlochry.

Once checked in at our hotel we each chose a treatment from the spa - facial for D2, back massage for me - then after a reasonable interval we had a swim in the pool before a lovely dinner in the restaurant.

A perfect birthday!
