Rumbled!

Theme on Fat Mum Slim's May set for today was birds.

As we were visiting my parents to pick up the Audi (now repaired after the engine fire!) I took the camera to abuse their bird feeder.

I set up the tripod and remote release, focussed and covered it all up with a green fleece and retired indoors to watch. Unfortunately I didn't really consider just how noisy the mirror movement on my camera is, scared the tits away very effectively! Note to self for next time, lock mirror up.
